Can I return/exchange an item?
Returns. For online purchases only, if you'd like to make a return or exchange, please contact us so we can send you our return address and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns after 14 days of the original purchase date and without a RMA number. Returns cannot be made for opened or unsealed paint. You are responsible for the shipping fees to mail the items back to the store. When the items are received, we will inspect the items and if there has been no use or damage, a refund will be issued. Please note that if you received free or discounted shipping, those charges will be deducted from the refund total. If the item is damaged, we can not issue a refund.
Exchanges. We also accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to mail the items back to us. When the undamaged items are received, a refund will be issued. Once the refund is issued, you are welcome to submit another item. If the items are damaged in the return shipping, a refund can not be issued. Please contact us if you'd like to make a return or exchange so we can send you our return address and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
What if an item is damaged in transit?
There are times when items get damaged in transit and we will do our best to make it right. Please take several pictures of any damage to the product and packaging and send to jenn@alluredesigncreations.com. We will be required to submit the pictures to the shipping company in order to process a damage claim.
What if I refuse a shipment?
If your order is undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused, we will refund the order upon it's return minus the shipping costs that were paid to USPS/UPS. Please note, If you received discounted or free shipping, the actually shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund total.
